Procedures & Requirements

Hidayah Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the programs and activities provided or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the implementation of its education or admissions policies, and financial aid programs, and or any other school administrated programs.

Applications will be screened on the basis of the application filing date, previous school performance/recommendation, and oral and/or written examinations to determine eligibility for admission to Hidayah Academy.

In order for a student’s registration to be complete the parents must:

Returning Students

Students who are currently enrolled at Hidayah Academy and want to continue enrollment for the following year must notify the school during the period of re-enrollment in order to reserve a space. Returning students must be up to date on tuition and other school financial obligations. Enrollment is contingent upon the successful completion of the current grade and satisfactory behavior.

Payment plan available on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information.

For tuition, we accept 10 post-dated checks of $800 for first child and $750 for any additional children made out to “Hidayah Academy”. Be sure to enter all information as accurately as possible. We also require a non-refundable book fee at the time of registration.

If we are not able to secure a spot for your child before the school year starts, we will notify you promptly and fully refund the registration fee.

Application Process

Registration For Full-Time 2023-2024 School Year Is Open.

Please submit the below Registration Form with the one-time payment of $500 to our office to secure a spot for your child.

For tuition, we accept 10 post-dated checks of $800 for first child and $750 for any additional child for applications before June 01, 2023. All checks need to be made out to “Hidayah Academy”. Be sure to enter all information as accurately as possible.

If we are not able to secure a spot for your child before the school year starts, we will notify you promptly and fully refund the registration fee.

Liability Waiver and Terms and Conditions Stated Below
Hidayah Liability Waiver: As the parent/legal guardian of the minor listed above, I hereby grant permission for the student to participate in all the activities of HIDAYAH ACADEMY programs. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages which may occur to this student, in, on or about the premises of HIDAYAH ACADEMY, or arising out of its activities, and do hereby fully and forever release and discharge HIDAYAH ACADEMY, its employees, staff, and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether same, be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the student participation in the programs and activities of the aforesaid school. I further grant permission to provide emergency first-aid and/or hospitalization to the student(s) listed above in case of injury or illness as deemed appropriate by the school or a physician. Any medical expense incurred for medical treatment shall be my responsibility. I also understand that it is my responsibility to make the office aware of any medicine the child is taking.
